Strange & Beautiful...

Supremely cool and strange and beautiful weirdness: live art music and sound explorations from Misha, George and Chris in the enormous and sonorous Silos at Sawyer Yards.

The Silos is a mid 20th-century rice factory, now a raw industrial space offered for artistic use. The current exhibition is The Sleep of Reason for Sculpture Month Houston with installations throughout the thirty-four silos.

I wandered around the space and George and Chris set up in separate silos. The sound travels, reverberates, and delays in fun and magnificent ways…

We’ll be back for 3 more live performances: October 21, November 4 & 18 - 3pm.
